Terms and Conditions

Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern bookings made with RESIDE BELGIUM SRL, an apart-hotel operator in Brussels, via the website residebelgium.com or any other direct booking channel.

Booking and Confirmation

A booking is firm upon receipt of the written confirmation sent by email. The information provided during booking (dates, number of guests, accommodation) is binding. Any special request is confirmed subject to availability.

Rates and Payment

Rates are expressed in euros, including taxes, excluding any potential tourist taxes. Payment is made online at the time of booking or according to the terms specified in the confirmation. Direct booking benefits from the best rate guaranteed.

Cancellation and Modification

Applicable cancellation conditions are specified during booking and in the confirmation email. Date modifications are possible subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.

Arrival, Departure, and Occupancy

Self check-in is available 24/7. Check-in and check-out times are indicated in the confirmation. The accommodation is intended for the number of people indicated in the booking; any additional occupancy must be approved in advance.

Client Obligations

The client agrees to occupy the accommodation responsibly, respect the neighborhood and internal regulations, and report any damage. The accommodations are non-smoking.

Liability

RESIDE BELGIUM SRL disclaims all liability for theft or damage to the client’s personal belongings, except in cases of proven negligence on its part. The operator’s liability is limited to the amount of the stay.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; otherwise, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
